Customization and integration

All settings and fields in the admin area have a tooltip next to them that, when hovered, displays some information about how these settings are used.

The same basics apply to all pages (eg: support portal, customer's ticket details, article list, etc.).

Of course, this plugin can only cover some use cases. Here are the ways you can get a feature implemented.
