First, not all customizations need to be paid. If, for instance, the requested feature fits in the context of a help desk, like incorporating an article as a widget, I will do it for free since I wish to scale this plugin as much as possible.

For custom functionalities, behaviors, and integrations with existing systems or plugins that fit only a minimal number of customers, I cannot do it for free. In this case, the implementation details must be as complete as possible. We will also need to discuss the development cost, among other things.
