There are only two things to configure to have reCAPTCHA working in the plugin.

1. NopCommerce configuration

Using the admin area menu, navigate to Configuration > Settings > General settings. You can read more in the nopCommerce documentation.

2. Plugin configuration

Using the admin area menu, navigate to Configuration > Settings > Support settings. Here you can enable or disable the captcha on three forms:

    • This is the form that is displayed when a customer wants to submit a ticket
    • This is the form that is displayed when a customer wants to add a new reply to an existing ticket
  1. Find the ticket form captcha
    • This is the form that is displayed when a customer or guest wants to find and view ticket details

If the captcha is still not visible or is not loaded correctly, use step #1 in this document to enable and check the captcha on other pages. If it's not working on those selected pages, there is an indication that the problem is within your configuration. Otherwise, please submit a new bug report here.
